Michelle’s journey into healing began when she needed medical attention following the birth of her second daughter. Her recovery, through bio-energy healing, was so incredibly rapid that it set her on her path to find out more about healing energy and the world of complementary therapies.

Her background in the physical world of mountaineering and water-sports, also caused her to pursue an interest in more tactile forms of healing, and she subsequently qualified as a therapist in reflexology and massage.

In her ongoing desire to merge both physical and energy healing, she continued her studies, completing courses in bio-energy healing, engaging in work-shops on meditation, and becoming a Reiki Master. While working as a therapist since 2000 she has also travelled to the states to study EFT (emotional freedom technique) with Lindsay Kenny.
